After reading the first book, I couldn't wait to but the second one. It kept me on the edge of my seat. This story kept me glued to my Kindle app on my phone. When will she come I to her powers, when will Eleira and Raul finally realise they were made for one another and just KISS already. Will James finally show his loyalty to his brothers? Or will he turn his back and go against them and Eleira? Will Victoria join forces with Eleira and Raul or will there be some kind of twist? So many different perspectives from each character and each character has their own storyline to follow, it just keeps you wanting more and more. I have to say that I am an avid reader and I have read hundreds of books in this same genre and this has to be one of the best books I have come across in a while. So I have to say a big thanks to the author and keep it up. I'm ready for the next one already!! Hurry up and get here :)Product details

I love reading supernatural and vampire novels and this one caught my attention. I read the first novel in this series and found it highly entertaining. I am currently reading the 3rd novel and I am sure I will continue to read the sequels. The author has great imagination and you can't help but to like the characters. I love them !
I thought this was a good read. I would recommend it to anyone. I didn't tell what's inside. That is for you to find out and enjoy. I'm off to the third book in 72 hours. Hope to see you reading their.
The deeper I go, the more I am enjoying this world. This author writes just the way I like it non-stop action. I barely get the chance to catch my breath before the next event happens. I'm deciding on how I feel in regards to the characters. To me, by the end of this second book it seems like each one is on the edge of discovering who they really are. The violence is great and just the right amount. The intrigue is delicious and because that, I can't wait to see what happens next. This series is easily becoming one of my favorites!
I really like the construction of the books (I also read the first one) with each chapter telling the story from the point of view of a character. It allows insight into the character you might not otherwise have. I also like the construct of another world with vampires. (Similar characteristics, but different than Anne Rice.)
However, everything seems to be the "worst", or "best", or "most intense ever". Not all pain is "the worst ever", esp. if you just had "the worst ever" two chapters ago. This may be the writing style for YA fiction, but I think some additional editing work would be helpful.
I look forward to seeing how things unfold in the Haven.
I couldn't put the book down. It's an interesting story. I'm looking forward to what might happen next. There are twists and turns in the book. I like how you get perspectives from different characters in the book.
I gave this two stars only because I finished it though that has more to do with the fact that I bought the first seven books on a sale and feel compelled to read them (though I suspect this might be the last one). The writing is poor and needs editing. The characters are stick figures with nothing to flesh out why they act as they do. The story is nonsensical with huge plot holes. I get that a lot of people like this, but it's not for me though I like vampire books.
This was the best book yet. The plot definely makes you want to find out what else happens to Raul, Eleria, and James. Also, how Raul,Phillip, and James all have a half brother and more. Can't wait to find out how it all ends in the last book.Love the series!!!
